In reality if the news was that the sale of Schoold had fallen through the share price would be lower than it is I suspect!

I been reckoning tomorrow morning for the whole of this week mustarmark. They will probably leave it to the very last minute knowing FFWD. The price action at the moment certainly does not lend itself to there being imminent news!

It's no consolation to the rest of us really, but the CEO bought 5,684,211 @ 15p in the last Placing so I can't imagine he's too pleased at the current level of the share price either.

I note there are no afternoon RNS' these days. Used to be nice to see one or two turn-up out of the blue! As has been mentioned once momentum appears the company need to capitalize on it and drive the PR machine for all it is worth. FFWD aren't too hot at this aspect of the business. Now SOU (not a holder) are chalk n'cheese when it comes to PR and getting investors interested.

Could well see them try to scare a few more into selling and then release a large delayed buy into view near the close simultaneously returning the share price back to what it was pre big sell ??????? Let's see.......

Agree that it's important to keep the news flowing with small caps. The longer shareholders are kept waiting for confirmation of this Schoold deal, the more the uncertainty will grow. I would have preferred that Lorne Abony had confirmed the Schoold transaction had been completed successfully before he released the RNS about Nuuvera last week.

Long term shareholders here are used to waiting. The last placing was held up owing to a technicality, Lorne Abony's conference call following on from the Final Results took place a few days later than we were initially told would happen, the Interims were later than expected last year --------- and so it goes on!:-)

I'm not surprised to see us falling, small caps have to keep the news flowing, the satoshipay deal was not the best outcome and needs explaining by the BoD, the secrets around the schoold and leap deals are only going to keep the share price stable for so long, hence the fall on no news. That's my view FWIW ! Gla

Looks like we will drop today as nervous investors sell after that large trade yesterday. I am staying put as it is the Leap IPO that will really set this alight. Schoold is just the starter.
