26/1/2017 00:30 | A new piece on the Yooya blog page: The phenomenal projected growth of online video and ad revenue does not however mean that the rising tide lifts all boats.2 Bluntly said, just because video platform operators are pocketing larger media fees does not necessarily mean that marketers are getting the same quantum lift in ROI. So, educate yourself to avoid at least the most common pitfalls. The 2 within that text refers to a link further on in the article where there are also another 3 links available. | lauders
25/1/2017 23:09 | I hope so TT! Those articles that Db is kind enough to share would indicate progress is coming along quietly but very nicely. All my spare is in tern at the moment but looking to add some Ffwd asap. | moormoney
25/1/2017 22:23 | Tick tock, just a matter of time guys :-)Feb/Mar will be huge for FFWD IMHO | trotterstrading
25/1/2017 21:28 | I just re-read the Grant of Options RNS from Feb 2016, useful to remember what options were defined by the BOD almost one year ago (still very relevant as an incentive to deliver shareholder value) - On 17 Feb 2016, the Board approved the grant of options to Directors (Abony, Dattels, Mellon) at an exercise price of 20p (which was 33% premium to the last fundraise at 15p). 25% of these options will vest after 12 months (from 17 Feb 2017) but are conditional on the share price rising above 25p for 10 consecutive trading days. 25% of these options vest after 24 months (ie Feb 18) subject to share price above 35p for 10 consecutive trading days. The fundamental point of the Options is to fully incentivise the management and leadership to create shareholder value over a certain investment period ie Feb 16 - Feb 18. Well firstly I'd comment that IMV the BOD appears to be well on the way to achieving these incentives. Assuming they reach the 35p target (from Feb 18) then we’re already looking at potentially 3x today's share price or more. This was the target the BOD set and it seems perfectly achievable given progress to date with Yooya, Leap, SatoshiPay, Factom, Schoold, etc. The current share price significantly undervalues our investments in the PF in my view, which is why I aim to continue topping up at these low levels, before it’s too late. I look forward to seeing Lorne & the FFWD BOD achieve these targets in due course! | bdog51
25/1/2017 15:22 | You're both welcome for the links. It's good that you keep everyone in the picture about your buying prices - as you say the buys have been showing up in the sells column for quite a few weeks now. | doodlebug4
25/1/2017 15:10 | Yes thanks db. Yes rafboy, buys showing as sells been happening quite a lot recently. Could be quite deceiving if you didn't know what was happening behind the scenes and the bigger picture. | flashheart
25/1/2017 15:01 | The trade at 12.1p just now was my top up and not a sell. | rafboy

24/1/2017 14:37 | Competitive gaming is extremely popular overseas in places like South Korea and Japan, where matches of games like Starcraft can sell out stadiums. It’s also very profitable, generating nearly $200 million dollars in 2016 – a sum predicted to double this year. The trend is now gaining popularity in Canada. Just last year, Cineplex launched a national video game tournament in hopes of capitalizing on the growing market. Although international eSports tournaments have been around for over a decade, organized university teams are relatively new. But eSports producer for TSN, Andrew Robichaud, told CTV News that university play is growing rapidly. | doodlebug4

23/1/2017 01:35 | Yes DB4! "Nit picking" indeed, but it shouldn't be necessary ;-) Looking forward to news that will really generate interest in FFWD and hopefully propel us well north of where we are now. Good luck to all holders/bulls! | lauders
22/1/2017 17:54 | Ffwd 41% share would be valued at just under $20m under that scenario, but yes flashheart, it could easily be a lot more. Exciting times! | wolf9
22/1/2017 17:45 | wolf I was just looking at possible scenarios for the float and the Schoold sale. If Leap has increased five fold (and I consider this most conservative), then that would value it at around 40mn or so. Valuations for gaming companies particularly in the USA and those involved with cutting edge virtual reality technology are mind boggling. Also factor in prices that certain apps are being taken out for.............Some are going to be very surprised over the coming few months. | flashheart
22/1/2017 17:35 | If leap gaming has increased by x5 that would equate to the present mc alone. Something like this could be announced any time now. That would put a rocket under the sp!! | wolf9 |
