26/9/2016 18:08 | Nothing being rns'd is not helping. This is aim and is completely news driven. | mustau
26/9/2016 16:54 | Things are picking up for LEAP looks a future winner to http://leap-gaming.c | trotterstrading
26/9/2016 09:15 | It looks like the lack of interest is leading to selling this morning! I do hope we have some positive news very soon. We do have some great holdings and it would be good to know how close we are to a disposal or 2. | rafboy
24/9/2016 10:32 | I have stopped adding and agree with the comments about lack of interest at the moment. LA and co intend to make plenty of cash here and I'm happy holding on but there is more action elsewhere at the moment. Tern is on the verge of popping soon IMO and I think doodle is also in others I'm currently buying. More fun with a few outsiders added to the mix. | moormoney
24/9/2016 10:12 | Agreed, the share price can go back up as quickly as it has come down. I'm just waiting to see which holdings FFWD dispose of and for more clarification from Lorne Abony as to how much further he intends to commit the company to the gaming sector. | doodlebug4
24/9/2016 09:45 | That is exactly why I have added during the drop in the share price | rafboy
24/9/2016 09:18 | When a deal is announced which realises a very substantial gain on one of the investments, this will move north very quickly. Such an event will put FFWD on the radar of a lot more people. This has the ability to move back to 20p very quickly on any sustained buying as there are limited shares available due to the large holders who own a substantial part of the company. Lorne is a large shareholder and he is not here to make a few pence! | 888icb
24/9/2016 08:19 | We still wait for disposals of some holdings as indicated by the BOD. This is what I am waiting for. Will decide on whether to continue holding after that. | rafboy
24/9/2016 06:26 | I don't have as large a holding as you I am sure doodlebug4 but for now I am planning to stick with FFWD until more news comes along. If, big if, we can reach 26-28p I will consider selling half and just let it run come hell and fire in the hope that one day it will be worth considerably more & I can say if only I kept the whole of my original investment! | lauders
23/9/2016 20:37 | Agreed bdog, but in the meantime I've been gradually reducing my investment here - patience is one thing, but there comes a point when other investment opportunities are sometimes a better bet. I still have a sizeable investment, but can't deny that I feel there are various issues with the marketing and presentation of this company that I'm not impressed with. Consistently poor volumes in daily trading indicate a lack of interest in this company at the moment. | doodlebug4
23/9/2016 18:40 | Some 5 months ago you could sell this stock for 21.5p. The share price should be higher than that today, with the progress being made with Yooya, Factom, Leap, Schoold, Vemo, Satoshi..etc. At some point soon this will come onto the radar in a flash and we'll re-rate way beyond the teens. Patience will be rewarded! GLA. | bdog51
23/9/2016 15:02 | It doesn't make happy reading from COIN, ranike. Thankfully FFWD are in a different ball game. | doodlebug4
23/9/2016 15:00 | Thanks ranike! Some relevant parts from that link: The investment strategy of Coinsilium is to acquire strategic interests in early stage start-ups within the blockchain technology space. During this 6-month period, the Company has continued to review investment opportunities and stakes were increased in three investee companies; Factom, Fuzo and SatoshiPay. During the summer, Factom announced two collaborations that demonstrate the diversified applications for the technology. The first with Intrinio an application and financial data provider and the second with DataYes, China’s first open and big data information platform covering economic data. The Company was also pleased to announced Factom had received a grant from the US Department of Homeland Security for the development of a digital identity system. Factom expects to soon close their Series-A investment round. Interest in the company was reported to be high and further details will be announced once the round is closed. For our investees it was also exciting to see diversification beyond fintech. Factom, a data-focused blockchain company in which Coinsilium holds a 1.82% equity stake announced they were joining the Smart City movement and had signed an MOU for the integration of iSoftStone's smart city solution and Factom's blockchain-as-a-serv This news should not detract from the work that is being done in the financial services arena. Nanopayments company SatoshiPay, in which we hold a 14.5% equity stake, has made significant progress this year with the launch of its API and log-in free paywall. Both of which have attracted attention from parties within the online payments space. | lauders
23/9/2016 14:51 | coin interim's out this morning. Two of our co's mentioned. | ranike
23/9/2016 14:38 | FastFwd Innovations @ffwdinnovation We take great pride in our portfolio companies because we believe they can make you great return on your investment. At the end of the day it's an increase in the share price that gives private investors returns for their investments - enough said I think.:-) | doodlebug4
23/9/2016 14:04 | Shame Leap Gaming are not as good as maintaining their website as their latest licensee! Leap haven't updated their news or blog for months. Hope they are better at gaming than their website upkeep etc... Is it just me or are all the images and text on their scan here blurred as well? Agree about Yooya. Waiting for more from them and of course many of the others! | lauders
23/9/2016 13:53 | Agreed flash and after admitting that I was initially sceptical about FFWD's investment in Yooya I'm now thinking that an increase in the existing 15% stake would be a good move! | doodlebug4
23/9/2016 13:48 | db, these Yooya figures that are being bandied about from time to time are mind blowing. | flashheart
23/9/2016 13:42 | Yooya @YooyaChina 10h10 hours ago China's onlinevideo market forecast to more than quadruple from $3.5 billion in 2015 to $17.6 billion in 2020 (@IHS) | doodlebug4
23/9/2016 13:35 | That is what I am thinking raftboy! We will probably both be wrong! Doubt it will make much difference to the price anyway as I am sure most avid FFWD investors, large and small, are aware of the news already. Very willing to be proved wrong ;-) | lauders
23/9/2016 13:28 | Could be waiting for the US to open? | rafboy
23/9/2016 11:59 | Agree DB. I really was expecting an RNS today with this latest news release for Leap. FFWD aren't doing themselves any favours by holding back news like this! | bdog51
23/9/2016 11:19 | Cheers Lauders. I really can't figure out what FFWD regard as worthy of a news release. Are private investors supposed to spend their own time ferreting about the internet for the latest news from the Investee Companies and what is the point in registering an email address with FFWD for the latest company news when nothing is forthcoming? Weird. | doodlebug4
23/9/2016 02:46 | Tangelo's website looks good on a quick glance! Here is their press page that mentions the Leap Gaming license: Their share-price has been a disaster really so far but improved a bit this year so far. Seems that this news in May kicked a little life into what had been a consistent decline in value for years: Hope their business will do better than the share chart indicates. Perhaps Leap will make all the difference LOL ;-) Thank you for informing us of the news doodlebug4 :-) | lauders |
