Here's another hugely dilutive placing that's been agreed in the sector:



It's a chunky raise but at 1p it's an 84% discount to the closing price before it was previously suspended.

All arrows point to a fund raise for FAB that materially dilutes current shareholders.

A non-RNS about a patent application, is this the start a string of news to try to get the share price up before a raise.

Next a license agreement to really boost the possible extension of the life and potential of the business, which may turn out well in the end but will it be worse than bringing a child into this world and covering all costs for some 25 years before they stand on their own two feet?

Well a 19% rise today is not bad but only one trade could nick a tiny profit if they were to try to sell them, then the MM might not even take 16k at the bid.

I guess they are desperate to try to keep the share price to show there is support and to be able to undertake a raise all in impo.
