Currently valued at £1.25 million and they have about £1.5 million in the bank as of right now and 4 million revs. Ripe for takeover. I think NABle will come in a d buy them for £4million.

I suspect they are trying to sell it but are struggling given poor revenue conversion. They will find it difficult to raise money in this environment unless they can show some real growth. Cash must be running out through second half

Agreed, the silence is deafening - reeks of a discounted placing

To be fair, they have a great local profile and are doing all the right things. The issue is the ability to demonstrate meaningful revenue growth. With inflation around 10 per cent, we need 15-20 to be meaningful in a market that should be a slam dunk for the right products. I am not yet convinced but still hold

We are a finalist! Thank you to
@TheBusinessMag
and the judging panel for shortlisting us in this year's Thames Valley Tech Awards in the category Cyber Security Company of the Year.

I still have my holding and have probably bought more since last postingManagement credibility is not great here and they need to be able to use the Boost cash for working cap but if the orders uptick does translate into actual sales and/or they partner with a large tech player (as flagged) then this could indeed multibag from the current mkt cap of just £1.6mIt's tempting to take the punt and top up before the trading update/finals but, given the history of overpromising and underdelivering, equally tempting to wait for solid newsAll IMHO DYOR

There's no point having a stock market to raise cash anymore. Falanx have £2million and burn about a £1million a year but all will be revealed in the August interims. I think Falanx will be fine and won't need to raise any more cash as all their big investment is done now. They should now be profitable with about 4.5 million revs for the year. Smart tech 24/7 on AIM are value at £45 million with circa 8 million euro revs. FCS valued at £1.5million with circa £4.5million revs. If on next trading update they show growth of 20/25% with no need to raise cash this I on for a serious re-rate. I mean like 10 times. They have not raised for several years and have had a loan. They say they don't need or want to raise cash again. There is no point even trying to raise cash cash in this market. If required they could proo just get another £1million top up loan to see them to profitability. With gold partners ESET and NABle with over 50 staff how can this be valued at £1.5million. most undervalued share on AIM by far. Am buying more when funds allow. Biggest opportunity of a lifetime for a 10 bagger.

Just 10 shares sold and they drop the share price 3% I see W - but I fear you are just digging a deeper hole as I can see them having problem because of that BOOST loan, and when you look at FAB they had to offer a discount of 84% to raise cash - and it is questionable if this company could even do that imo.

Best of Luck with it though.

As they don't have their own SOC. Would make sense to buy Falanx out and their customers. Probably around 4-5million

N-able is doing well in latest results . They are a key strategic partner with Falanx. Wouldn't surprise me if they bought Falanx out

LOL - So relaxed when he posted in 2022 about this stock that the ramper Z sold out Wololol - or so he said:

He is so full of bull - CFFS is his current one that he is trying to get followers onto - sadly it is dropping at present but likely to get a spike at some time down the line I guess, as it is not such a basket case as this one.

Wololol,

I'm actually very relaxed holding the shares, they have a tiny market cap of only £3.3m and have £2.5m in cash.Change of name to Falanx Cyber Security will also help the company to win even more contracts.

Trading has been strong in the current financial year and will remain strong throughout 2023,at some point the shares will get rerated aggressively from the current low levels."

One positive update and this double/triples in a flat from this ludicrously low market cap.

Hi wololol,

Like everyone else i also managed to get out before the sharp drop.My average was very low so i made a small profit.

I still follow the shares and i'm still hoping for a really good update from the company so i can buy in again.

The year end has just finished 31/03/2023.

It's difficult to know when they will give a trading update.Last year it was in August and in 2021 they also issued their trading update in august.

Looks like August unless they issue one earlier.

Hope you recover from your losses.

btw what happened to the large holding of richman777114.

Do you still follow him?.If so maybe he has more info than me.

Good Luck.

Zico. Are you still invested here? I can't believe it's dropped to 33. We need to request an update from the BOD. Are you able to do that? Shareholders should demand an update. Share price is at all time low. Directors need to be buying
