Raising capital in these markets will almost be impossible for FCS with the poor revenue conversion and no chance of being profitable. Need at least 25% YOY growth in this market like other cyber companies are achieving. FCS will be left behind.

There's no point having a stock market to raise cash anymore. Falanx have £2million and burn about a £1million a year but all will be revealed in the August interims. I think Falanx will be fine and won't need to raise any more cash as all their big investment is done now. They should now be profitable with about 4.5 million revs for the year. Smart tech 24/7 on AIM are value at £45 million with circa 8 million euro revs. FCS valued at £1.5million with circa £4.5million revs. If on next trading update they show growth of 20/25% with no need to raise cash this I on for a serious re-rate. I mean like 10 times. They have not raised for several years and have had a loan. They say they don't need or want to raise cash again. There is no point even trying to raise cash cash in this market. If required they could proo just get another £1million top up loan to see them to profitability. With gold partners ESET and NABle with over 50 staff how can this be valued at £1.5million. most undervalued share on AIM by far. Am buying more when funds allow. Biggest opportunity of a lifetime for a 10 bagger.

Another day in the dog house for FCS.

I have one less on that list of dogs (post 28) now Toffeeman - IQAI woke up.

So that leaves CRDL - FCS & EUZ remaining in the dogs kennel club.

Will these lift off out of my dogs list in the next couple of months:

The following is my five current dogs stock list of 2022: Hopefully fortunes will change for all holders of these dog shares.

CRDL - current price 6-7p
LVCG 2.9-3p
IQAI 1.75-1.9p
FCS 49-52p
EUZ 2.5-3p

Maybe you would like to list your Z1CO so we can see where we are in say three months time.

How are you doing on your FLX shares ? I see you’ve stopped posting there.

I'm waiting for Amati to sell down it's holding before i buy more. It's obvious that they are and have been flooding the market with their constant selling.

Yes, not much in it for income seekers but if you look at these as quasi-warrants (i.e. you pay 9p to get the right to buy the u/l at 978), I think the CULS seem to offer good value; they need “only” 2% growth in u/l (FCS) to break even; anything over, they could rise rapidly.

Anyone investing in their Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock offering? It looks a good investment to me with limited/virtually no downside. Quite like this trust and it also comes with a 44 year dividend record, albeit only a 1% yield. Peter Ewins is a good manager focusing on growth companies in the UK, US and Europe in that order, with wider asian exposure through successful emerging market trusts.
