Grant of Options

 

On 22 March 2024 Ian Flaherty, Chief Financial Officer, was awarded the following options over the Company's common shares of US $0.001 par value each ("Common Shares") under the FADEL 2023 Equity Incentive Plan ("Plan"):

The market priced share options granted to Ian Flaherty on 22 March 2024 shall become 25% vested and exercisable on the twelve-month anniversary of the date of grant, 22 March 2025, with the remaining balance of option shares becoming vested and exercisable in 36 equal monthly installments commencing with the month following the twelve-month anniversary of the grant date.

 

In addition, further grants of, in aggregate, 377,312 options over Common Shares have been made to certain employees, also under the Plan.

 

Further to the above grants, the number of options over Common Shares granted under the Plan now represents 7.21% of the Company's current issued share capital.
