That’s a good update in this environment.

“Looking to the potential impact of COVID-19 on FY21 and beyond, the Group's underlying business remains resilient, with around 80% revenue being non-discretionary, recurring and received for essential services, with a high degree of visibility.”

EDIT:

No mention of dividend in there so presumably (with the points on strong cash collection) is this one of the few companies who will be maintaining the dividend?

Horrible spread here through the morning 110-117 and very little interest at the moment. Boring slow company so not many fireworks expected here.

Gresham building a stake and another 498k bought today so further encouraging signs but we'll have to wait till early next week to see what the picture is. Only a small position here, like most of the trades of late. Still wary of the wider market having got ahead of itself.

Sssshhhhh, you might wake up the masses.

Eerily quiet these forums. Remember years back it used to be a job in itself just trying to keep up with all the postings on the boards. The forums across numerous sites have clearly faded due to the likes of Twitter, but even still these boards are attracting no posts in months at a time.

Highly unusual and a sign of the difficulty of markets, but also a rather bullish indicator. Taken long positions in a fair few of these eerie stock boards and they have motored.

Also took a position based upon that large volume. The lack of liquidity in XPS isn't ideal but the risk/reward at this level seems compelling enough.

Great time to top up before the next divi payment and also a rise to 140 in the next 3 months. The board now have the merger/acquisitions all now in hand and costs sorted for the extra time taken to onboard new staff and clients. Onwards to the next buy of another smaller company and more growth!!

True port side. A few dips this week, but see XPS rising to around 128-132p price by ex divi date of 29 August. Then slow and steady to 142 by December time. A well run company and slowly getting over the acquisitions and mergers/ new business from majors like Kier, so should see 165 -175 levels again by April 2020. A steady share to have in your long term portfolio.

Now at 11, plus a dividend date in August of 4.3p. So I see this share rising steady back to 160p by October / November.

Hi all,
I got out 7 days before drop, but now back in at 98p from a few days ago, it was purely I needed to release some cash and move figures around. I have no idea why the share price dropped like a brick? Then is now recovering, panic maybe? I see no reason why this should not be over 200p by December and my 98p in and 202p out in Jan 19, is looking good. The drop could be about the news of the merger and profits not what expected, plus extra costs, but XPS has good Mgmt and Board.!! I’m back, plus have been on holiday.

Those stalling will miss out. I see 1:40 soon. Keep on smiling a solid company for the near term and future dividends. XPS can move rapidly once US market opens before holiday as they dont want to miss out...
