Directors' Dealings

The Board of Evolve announces that it received notification on 4 November 2011 that, on 4 November 2011, David Snow (Non-Executive Director of the Company) purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.6 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, David Snow is interested in 5,999,998 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.97 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. 1,233,279 of these Ordinary Shares are held by David Snow through his self-invested personal pension schemes.

The Board of Evolve also announces that it received notification on 7 November 2011 that, on 7 November 2011, Oliver Vaughan (Chairman of Evolve) sold, in the market, 26,656,155 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.6 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same day Sailing Adventures Limited, a company wholly owned by Oliver Vaughan, bought 26,656,155 Ordinary Shares in the market at a price of 0.602 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction the beneficial interest of Oliver Vaughan remains unchanged at 33,045,609 Ordinary Shares representing 10.84 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
