evoke plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

On 15 August 2024, the Company was notified that Limor Ganot, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 87,536 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 54.9p each (the "Transaction").

Post this Transaction, Limor Ganot holds an interest of 87,536 Ordinary Shares.
