£3m values it at £150m. RGM valued it much, much lower. Of course we know that AB is an idiot. Sells at any price, does not know the value of his assets. Hope here they are more sensible and go for as much as they can get. Be nice to get more. The fact is the 55m ALBA shares are not worth much at present so HH does not reflect its possible true value at present.

Depends on the CEO only. They care nothing for shareholders. I think £3m would be a fair price for 2%.

any price given will be used to value HH and the other holders inclduing UKOG so cant see that happening....

Gut feeling, but I believe UKOG are going to make a bid for the 2% of HH that EVO own, if they have not done so already. We will see.

I guess £3m would be enough for their 2% of HH. RGM sold 5% for a lot less. It would more than triple the share price of EVO. They would still have 55m shares in ALBA.
