28/1/2007 16:49 | Space Cowboy - I think we mostly see things the same. Although you seem to know more about management than I do. And I was actually thinking that as an investment bank they would be able to gain more income from fees and commissions rather than them always needing to store wealth in commodities. This profile of the EIIB FD is about all I know of management: BTW I'd also like to see better broker coverage. Evolution and Hoodless are OK for most AIM stocks, but an investment bank could do with a more heavyweight broker. Or am I hoping for too much? | mindlessoptimist
26/1/2007 16:12 | Thanks for posting that , so... Are you in now mindlessoptomist? | silent_angel
26/1/2007 15:08 | mindlessoptimist, what price and what earnings is it based on? If its a higher price than now then you can work out your target profit! | silent_angel
26/1/2007 08:18 | Just bought 10000 cos I thought Terry was a bit harsh. (among other reasons!) | silent_angel
25/1/2007 21:19 | I am looking to buy, did own IBB but not happy over there but will wait till we have news here to see where we stand. I've been bitten once with IBB, this time I hope to make back what I lost and some good change. I like the concept but will wait.. Good luck all. May dip in soon and join in the party. Can anyone tell me what their cash equivalent per share is? TIA | fatgreek
24/1/2007 23:44 | are the results expected in Feb or March? thks | abullah
18/1/2007 11:03 | Followed your lead and bought in a few days ago, Moormoney. I find the concept interesting and fills a niche market. Waiting for next news..... | ppowerscourt
09/1/2007 16:34 | Added some more today while it is still quiet. Results out soon then everyone will be after them and find not many around. Large investors in the gulf states hold most of these and lots of oil money swilling around. An undiscovered gem IMO!! | moormoney
04/12/2006 19:10 | Very quiet on this thread-hopefully all this will change with the results due early 2007!! I bought in today as I think this is a growing well managed company in a vast market. | moormoney
24/11/2006 22:08 | Can we get back to the bank chaps? In one of the top posts it said that the bank 'was' going to make an announcement - could somebody clarify please. | nephin
22/11/2006 16:24 | i say just ignore the prat.---u wnt be able 2combat illiteracy on a BB. -- | arpy_is_back
20/11/2006 05:38 | thank you terry .that helps a lot. interesting to see this one is totally off the radar. IBB up about 70 percent last week on take over rumours. trading at 3 times cash. this is trading on cash .10.2 pence worth of cash on the balance sheet. IBB retail EIBB investment bank However both will be big buy out targets in my view. | sitiain
05/9/2006 23:58 | EIIB will be reporting interim results on 20 Sept. They should be profitable from day 1 unlike IBB. Question is how much and will the results move the share price in the right direction? | ataggar |
