Thank You SITIAIN, I understand where you are coming from now. If shares were at least valued at cash what would the share price be?

basically yes , most of the big share holders in EIIB are Saudi nationals.
they will also of course be very heavily invested in their own market which was the worst performing global stock market in the world in 2006.
down 52 per cent i think. and it down this year as well.
their stock market got over valued, bit like the nasdaq in 2000.
so just coming back to reality really with reagrd to p/e ratios e.t.c.
eiib trades at cash so i think is very very good value here.
costs will be covered by their interest so the bank will not be loss making like IBB for example.(a retail bank)
they have been going really only for 6 months and i feel are doing all the right things.
it will take a while to become established but they should make a bit of a dent
i feel and certainly the shares should be valued higher than cash.
numbers will be out soon that will show a small profit and perhaps then they will get some positive P.R and we will see some buyers.
momentum can build very quickly in shares such as these, we just need the weak hands out of the way.
good luck.
p.s i have a lot of these.

Cool, Thank you SITIAIN,

I still don't understand the connection though, are you saying that EIIB shares are held mostly by those that are influenced by the Saudi Arabian Market?

How is Saudi stock market doing today?

yes i think saudi stock market weakness is the hold up with this one.
alot of big saudi investors not holding to the rule sell your losers kep your winners situation.
the above situation has dogged this one from day one and will continue to do so until they can announce some decent numbers to get london interested .
figures due in feb i believe , although i dont expect much as it is very early days.
they do not seem to be doing too much that is exciting though i must say.

Well support at 10.25p since 19th Sep 2006 buying now would be on the support(obvious i know), however there is plenty of upside for the patient investor.
Has a broker rating of a strong buy. A director buy earlier on in the month are all boxes to tick not mentioning the companies plans.

Regardless, I am intrigued with CCH and will make arrangements to meet them. Thanks for that.

thanks moormoney - I dont know much about pharm, so can't touch it. Oil/Fin/minining/contruction is all i really look at - even though; my portfolio is tiny right now, what with a lot of uncertainty out there, interest rates etc. I'm just waiting to make the big bucks from the collapse of the dollar.

Check out rns from CCH today if you like this type of investment. As soon as the ceo releases some of his shares to satisfy demand they'll be easier to buy. sorry OT.

Thanks S Cowboy very well summed up. I'm in for the long term for those reasons and the fact that the founder investors are in Dubai.
