                      Change in Accounting Reference Date 
 
 
ECPC today announces that it has changed its accounting reference date to 31 
December (from 30 June).  This change is to align the Company's accounting 
reference date with the accounting reference date of its subsidiary company in 
Bulgaria and hence provide cost efficiencies in accounting and audit processes. 
 
As a result, ECPC will publish its unaudited interim report and accounts for the 
six months ended 31 December 2009.  Subsequently there will be a second 
unaudited interim report and accounts for the six months ending 30 June 2010, 
with a final audited report and accounts covering the 18 months ended 31 
December 2010.
