Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, Ireland and West Africa focused oil and gas exploration, development, and production company, announces that Alastair Stuart, Chief Operating Officer, has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.175 pence per Ordinary Share.
