Too cheap at 1.3p share price, should be worth at least double that imo

So the existing discovery low case is 2m barrels net to EOG, with a relatively low cost tie in development to existing infrastructure?

At $5 per barrel in the ground that's $10m net to EOG, alongside 300bpd production (inc 30% of wressle) the Irish assets and non-insignificant cash for £13m.

What was the proposed initial flow rate from the standalone Serenity again 5000bpd?

Yesterday I had 400k shares here for the results and today bought a total of 1.3m in 4 trades at about 1.3p .Way oversold right now imo . Wressle alone is worth a lot more than GBP 11m market cap. See the valuation of EDR and UJO

Mr Panther.Whilst disappointing this was always a risky play, given the previous history of i3 on this block. They chased Liberator for years, calling it a development only to discover that it was fundamentally flawed. In answer to your question on the Captain/Kopervik sand question. These sands were deposited in a West East fairway bounded to the North by the Halibut fault. There are a number of sand units often separated by shale units. Where these individual sand units sit against the fault they tend to leak up the fault, as evidenced by accumulations to the North of the fault. Where an individual sand unit has pinched out before the fault it can trap hydrocarbons in simple strat' trap. Mapping of the individual units is key to defining the extent of any trap. I'm not sure the current seismic is capable of this.

Haven't we got 25% of the proven Serenity well, with 8-20m barrels proven for a reduced cost of £4.8m. That appears to me like a good deal, but please explain why I have got that wrong, if I have.

1.8p would be a bonus.
But management once again severely damaged.
Please can somebody take us over.

11,000,000 sell @ 1.15. Could this be the last of our sellers shares? Hopefully nothing to hold us back anymore. Market makers must have made a fortune on this today.

It's certainly a very disappointing result but these things do happen, even with appraisal wells. It's perhaps significant that the result was so clear cut it was thought unnecessary to do any logging. Speaking as a former geologist, what I don't really get is this sentence in the RNS: "The targeted Lower Cretaceous Captain sand, which contained hydrocarbons in the 13/23c-10 well discovered in October 2019, was not present at this location. Over 100 ft of other Captain sands in various sequences were found but were water wet....... “ So, unless they carried out LWD (logging while drilling),which they may well have done, how do they know exactly which of several Captain / Kopervik Sands are present in the well, and which are absent. If there's a slightly bright side to this, at least we won't have to spend that £1 million loan on a Serenity sidetrack, and the well has come in under budget.

We know why i3E were happy to farm out now. Luckily there wasn't much value associated to Serenity, oversold now.

I wonder what our BOD are saying.
Well we gave it a go - money well spent.
Any sign of remorse - I doubt it. On to the next marginal project.

Held for years. All this needs is the Irish to finally pile the pressure on Ryan ( or boot him out ) and this will rocket imo.

Pro_2009 strikes again. The Chief White Halfoat of oil and gas, not. I do not know how he does it. When he arrives on a share board it is a glaring sell signal. Upsticks and move on. He will cost you money.

Be careful.

Management have gambled with the company and shareholders money with Serenity and have failed. It is now time for them to build back shareholder value. It will be interesting to hear how they intend to do this. The drop is severe and i do expect it to recover part of this mornings drop
