In view of the ease of this decision, most bets will be on the latter!!!!!!!!!!!

So from the 8th November 2019 they have still not managed to produce the outcome of the Wressle appeal. It really beggars belief that it could take so long. Are the overwhelmed with planning decisions or just inept.

ngms - Thought i was not too critical, after all, you are entitled to your views & have argued them, rather than just criticising others!!! Of course, contrary views are not always accepted or even in some cases acceptable!!!!!!
Just hoping you are wrong in both cases, though a positive decision on Wressle should at least be worth 5p here, so worth a gamble (i mean investment) LOL

Very few retail micro investors can tolerate free speech on the subject of risk, quite normal.

That's hardly fair.I've put the risk of coning at Lancaster > 10% so not the most likely outcome. However the model used for the EPS stated no water production and also said perched water was far less likely due to good connectivity. Perched / stranded water requires poor fracture connectivity. So why is 7z now producing up to 30% water? That's cleared that up!

He is currently frightening the life out of some poor (soon to be poorer, according to him) HUR shareholders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All in favour of free speech & having a range of views but he is pushing his luck there!!!!!
As an investor here & in HUR, hope he is wrong on both counts & he lives up to his nickname - Not Got Much Sense!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

Don`t expect Civil servants to do anything at speed - Inspector probably consulting with his political masters & they might not want to upset their NIMBY constituents!!!

JoeCorbyn - In fact i am a Brexiteer, just would not trust Bozo further than i could throw him (not far) & if he thinks he can get a great final deal before the end of 2020, he is more of a nutter than you m8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Or it could just have been as "oven ready" as Bozo`s Brexit deal?!!!!!!!

Stop snivelling and get over it!

If your going to be picky, then you should also consider the 'progress' on inishkea, the Moroccan 'assets', and the 4m cash they raised..

however, you have a point, and the last wressle 'fail' was jan 2018, when there were 301m shares, and today we stand at 430 million.

so, doing all the calcs, my guess on a wressle 'win' should be about 5p

The decision should have been released after the election. They have had plenty of time but as with all these decisions they have to make it look as if they have been doing something apart from planning the Christmas night out!

Yeah but you could have sold out and got your money back with many other companies. Sell your dogs and let your winners run.

I've waited years to receive some good news from eog. A few weeks longer won't make much difference. I need to get to 5p to be at breakeven.
