I see that somebody on the LSE BB has referred DB's recent "activity" to the FCA, via Email - good luck to them on that one - I shud imagine someone hit the delete key as soon as that one arrived !!

Amazing that this sort of stuff still goes on in 2019, but it does. As someone , also on LSE said, "if you put people in the path of the flow of money, usually some of it goes missing". Never a truer word said about AIM.

The Ultimate indicator for me, at least , is that LR does not hold ANY Ordinary shares in his own name and has NEVER participated in a single Placing - even the last but one heavily discounted placing. Sure, he has options, but he dusnt have to PAY for those.

So wot duz that say about how much faith the "Effective" CEO has in his own Company and the prospects for making money by actually owning shares ? Not much.
The previous CEO, Justin Tooth , didn't buy any either, despite all of the cow manure that he talked about the company on Proactive , Sharetalk etc.

The only people to make any REAL money out of this Co., will be the Institutions or Colin Bird. It certainly wont be the PI's - unless you get lucky trading that is !

Very true. But the fact remains that there are opportunities to make big gains on the back of those games. As Andrea pointed out however longer term it's not always that easy. For me I got very lucky here this time. In at 0.0019 and sold at different times 35, 42 and 62 still having several million free shares. Then bought back in on the way down at 49 and luckily sold the lot at 42 as I thought it was clear that a placing was coming. Even to me the whole thing didn't feel right with DB selling so many. Didn't buy into the thoughts about the downbeat interview so decided to sell. As I say one day later and it would have wiped out most of my gains. Any way I feel for everyone who got fleeced by the underhand tactics here and say use it as a lesson. I will watch the price and may try to dabble a bit but this one, with all the positives it has, definitely has many red flags for me. Good luck all.....

It's just a game. PI's get stuffed every time, and NEVER get offered any new stock via Rights issues - then the Big Boys pick up the asset in the end for a fraction of it's total worth & PI's are screwed.

That's Y PI's can't invest in these things on a L/T basis.

AND , we now have 16 BILLION shares in issue. Yes, 16 BILLION !. I bought £10k of shares in Justin Tooths Placing 3 yrs ago @ 0.15p. which are now worth less than £1000. And you think that Death by Endless dilution dusn't happen ? !

By the time this thing eventually gets taken over by one of the "Big Boys", at a fraction of it's true market value, most PI's will be more underwater than the Titanic, and yet most BB Punters will not, or cannot see this..........

I'm afraid Black is correct. the Authorities don't give a toss. either the FCA, NOMAD, Company or their Lawyers, or Auditors. That is how AIM works these days.

If you cudn't see yesterday's PLacing coming , then you had to be blind.

DB will now wait for the Sp to run up again, on some spurious news, then exercise their low exercise price warrants and sell them , in the market, thereby depressing the price again, just ahead of the NEXT Placing.

You think I'm being cynical ? - wait to see what happens.

If a Private Investor had failed to report a "Threshold crossing" trade, they wud be up in front of the Beak, but if it's an Institution, so, well, that's OK Lads, and do you mind if I touch your Thigh at the same time Madame ?.......

They wont investigate unless its reported. In fact not providing the information according to the rules and making money out of it is actually fraud so really the first place to report it is online via the action fraud web site.

I am not an internet policeman but 19 days to declair to the market is clearly wrong.
As roydyor says its a waste of time reporting these things, the companies dont even make an effort to cover these things up.
The bottom line is so many people now realise that the AIM takes investors as suckers that investors are either ignorant and newbees or have more money than sense.
Of course you could point this out to LR but hang on, he just cancelled today's presentation...lol
you couldn't make it up.
Basically if you want to raise £1m in this financial climate then the institutional investors hold all the cards. Why is there never a rights issue ? simply because there are some very rich organisations that are getting richer and they dont want to share this with the private investors when they can make them pay for it instead.

But you could say it went up from .014 for no reason anyway in august....I cant believe anyone wasnt expecting this but due to the recent rises the dilution was half what it could have been

Mind you its still a complete con given it took 3 weeks for DB to declare their sell and when they did it was 3 days before the new listing price was set.
Basically they hung on to collapse the market and get the new shares even cheaper.
