APPOINTMENT OF TWO INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (Euromoney) today announces the appointments of Imogen Joss and Lorna Tilbian as independent non-executive directors.

Ms Joss currently holds non-executive director roles at Grant Thornton, the International Property Securities Exchange (IPSX), and Gresham Technologies plc. She chairs the remuneration committees of IPSX and Gresham Technologies plc. Ms Joss has held a number of senior executive positions and served as the President of S&P Global Platts Inc., prior to which she was President at S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Ms Tilbian has had a distinguished career as a top ranked media analyst and is currently Head of the Media Sector at Numis Corporation Plc (Numis), a position she is leaving in December after joining Numis in 2001 and serving as a main board director since 2005. Ms Tilbian has served as a Cabinet Ambassador for Creative Britain for the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. Ms Tilbian is also currently a non-executive director at Jupiter UK Growth Investment Trust PLC, ProVen VCT plc and Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC.

On her appointment, Lorna Tilbian said: "I have followed Euromoney closely throughout my career in the media sector and this is a rare opportunity to join the Board of an established media company which is thriving in a digital environment. Ms Joss will join the Board with immediate effect and will also join the Remuneration Committee. Ms Tilbian will join the Board with effect from 1 January 2018.

There is no additional information which is required to be disclosed under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
