Anybody that goes all out to get people to buy a stock then starts a nasty deramping campaign the moment they sell is SCUM pure SCUM

And that applies to you and I'll make sure plenty know that.

What you did/do on BBSN is a disgrace, sadly more and more are doing the same on advfn forums now

The chances your in profit with this one is pretty slim dave4545 but if your underwater I understand you desire to surface and plug this until such time as you have drained any remaining hope of success.

Cut your losses and move on if stressed or buy a better mattress and sleep well. :-)

What a load of tosh they sprout about the whole reason for granting those options at 0.1p - Remuneration tilted towards options than salary/cash bonus.

No once its a distant memory it hides how much he has been handed when he departs.

Basically it is not a share option at all, the 0.1p nominal value is simply for accounting purposes. They are effectively free shares.

Hi there,
We can confirm that the options granted yesterday to James Sturrock were granted at the shares nominal value of 0.1p per share and that they vest over three years.

While James joined in September 2018, these are the only options that James has been granted, though James has purchased shares with his own money, on two previous occasions, including supporting the February 2019 fund raise.
When looking to appoint a new CEO last summer the board was keen to attract and retain a high quality candidate but was also focused on reducing losses and the cash burn. To achieve both of these objectives, James’ remuneration tilts more towards options than salary/cash bonuses.

The board thought it also prudent to hold-off until James has been in the business a while before granting him these options.
In the nine months since James has joined, he has reset the strategy, appointed a new management team and secured the necessary funding to deliver on his plans. As set-out in the final results in March, some good early progress has been made with the rebuild strategy. The options demonstrate James’ three year commitment to eve and the board’s confidence that he is the right man to deliver value for shareholders.

At sub 6.5p the stock becomes very well bid

6.2-6.5p but 6.38p bid even after sales at that level.

Hi dave For me I have an average of 7.5p and it appears that this new management team has the bit between its teeth with major work being done on debtors and its cost base. In addition over one third of the work force now involved in sales and marketing. C4 and Woodford backing them and pretty much only valued at cash. Their cash pile does not appear to be diminishing indeed since December it has grown. Half yearlies due in July so all will be revealed then. I pretty much think this share is plateaud but really unhappy if todays RNS is correct so that has made me reconsider my position Not sure at present. as for YU. now that could be worthwhile watching to see how far that knife will fall

I got slaughtered for pointing out the obvious with yu., hundreds of ramps but none of the rampers said the truth, loss making and striving to get to ebitda positive, disgrace but that's forums now, lots of kids wanting to get rich writing lie after lie.

Eve, surely that is a mistake, in 25 years I've never seen a option as bad as this

I really feel for those poor speculators who bought in to YU. Was being ramped to high heavens. In the end if may do well but it has a lot further to drop.Remember Aladin telling us to sell out here and buy into YU. His English wasn't the best so not many would have followed him.It is people like him though that should be ashamed of themselves.As for EVE RNS Not impressed with this at all.Here is a free brucie bonus on us £250k and rising Crazy.I expect IIs are hopping as they had to pay a 1000 times more for supporting the company.I truly hope this is a misprint even if there is a lock in here.Ridiculous if not.
