          eServGlobal announces new Billing contract in Latin America



Sydney, 16 April 2008

eServGlobal Limited (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a provider of end-to-end solutions,
enabling smart communication and payment services for service providers on any
generation network, has signed a significant multi-million dollar contract with
Intec Telecom Systems PLC, for the delivery of a Convergent Billing solution to
Antel Uraguay.

eServGlobal's products will be part of Intec's solution that enables Antel to
become the first and only convergent operator in the Latin American region to
offer network and service convergence, through prepaid and postpaid wireline,
wireless and broadband services with fully convergent, real-time charging
capabilities, as well as electronic recharge.
