Hard to call on this. I have only a small holding and had thought it was zero so anything I get is pretty well a bonus. Total lack of any governance or accountability to Bond holders. Would not trust anything coming out of the company so many broken promises. Will try to tender my whole holding and write off to experience

Covenant breaches left right and centre, still no accounts. Any vote is a leap of faith. Has this company ever heard of governance? Some of the breaches are new so it’s not learning from past mistakes.

Still no coupon and back dated interest payment- do you think the cheque has bounced? Mail on Sunday published a full page about Eros a few weeks ago and stated the FCA were interested in what Eros was up to. The bond coupon statement came out shortly after - coincidence?

Hindenberg Research highlighted EROS as worthless, back in 2019. They were right the shares now are worthless. The report is on their website. Lets hope we get something back from the bonds. Maybe one of their Billionaire friends can lend them the money.

so 2mm (i.e. less than a cheap lawyer) has bought them time to the next coupon.. which i'll wager will be delayed, "part of the restructure".. good luck.
