NYSE Listing Update

Further to the announcement on 29(th) October 2013 that the Company had commenced its proposed U.S. initial public offering (the "Offering"), Eros announces that the Offering is currently expected to be in respect of 5,000,000 new A ordinary shares offered by the Company at a price of $12 per A ordinary share, with up to an additional 750,000 A ordinary Shares subject to a 30-day overallotment option granted to the underwriters by the Company. The price reflects the Company's 1-for-3 consolidation of its existing ordinary shares in connection with the Offering and proposed NYSE listing.

The Company's proposed NYSE listing is currently expected to take place tomorrow, 13(th) November 2013, and cancellation of the Company's admission to AIM is currently expected to take place at 7.00 a.m. on 14(th) November 2013. It is therefore expected that the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM at 7.30 a.m. tomorrow, 13(th) November 2013.
