NYSE Listing Update

Filing of amended F-1 Registration Statement

The Company announces that it has filed an Amendment No.4 to its registration statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of its A Ordinary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE").

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

The proposed cancellation of the Company's admission to AIM is currently expected to take place at 7.00 a.m. on the business day following the proposed NYSE listing, which is currently expected to be no earlier than 4(th) November 2013.

This date is subject to change and confirmation depending on the final NYSE listing timetable and a further announcement will be made in due course.
