Extendable PIK Toggle Notes originally due 15 February 2022, as extended to 15 April 2022 (the "Notes") (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing GBP166,039,873 7.00 per cent. Extendable PIK Toggle Notes originally due 15 February 2022, as extended to 15 April 2022, issued in four tranches on 15 February 2013, 2 December 2013, 15 February 2017 and 15 August 2017) under the GBP500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
