Judging from the POO, I should have waited for a buy signal. Dropping hard as I type. We may very well see 15.5/16.5 if it doesn't settle.

Seasonality :
If looking at past few years April is usually a month that finishes positive for Enquest vs were it started. History and all that is no guarantee of futures obvs. But there may be a correlation with the end of fiscal year and brent seasonality also quite good.

Macro
Brent and WTI
All majors still have refreshed their commentaries on year targets all in the $70s for Brent on concerns of supply issues and rising demand post lockdowns/
Technicals
The idea then is to see if the 50% retracement holds at 18.6 or indeed a 61.8 retrace bang on the 50MA which is at about 17ish indeed.
Spreads on the Brent curve :
eg Jun - April may be close to peak or getting close to a peak and return to steeper backwardation.
The spread June - April is showing me a developing hammer a signal maybe of peaking and extended momentum this evidenced by looking at a MACD. Its material as often I use these turning points or other tools to re-enter the sector .

Market waiting for Opec meeting and share price will react up/down dependant on the decision Opec make....Ideally market wants extension of cuts

That's 19.5 now, and to be honest it looks like it'll go to 19. After that if there is no increase in POO or good news then we could see 15.5 to 16.5. Worth considering that at current POO ENQ looks to be sitting pretty and that Full Year results are due on Thursday (subject to change). If you believe that Full Year results will not have any downside surprises then the lower the share price falls the better an entry it represents. I've retained my SB position (nicely in the red!), but have not significantly increased my exposure. I'll be watching carefully over the next 2 days.
