The property produces a combined rent and management charge income of # 54,281 per annum, with rent reviews due in May 2001 and May 2006. The purchase price is #565,000, which has been satisfied as to #440,000 in cash and the balance by the issue of 250,000 new ordinary shares in Eurocity at 50p per share. The cash element of the consideration has been financed by a mortgage of #450,000 from the Nationwide Building Society.
