and imho a bad time to be selling ENGI unless you really need to. DYOR,no advice intended. I am not qualified to give this etc etc !

share_shark ,ENGI hold 12.5 % of ERX stock. When ERX (Currently suspended) relist this may have an impact on ENGI as ERX stock held by ENGI currently has nil value on their books.All this is in the previously published information from both companies, except my last analysis of the synergistic interactions (positive and negative!!) between the 2 companies due to common stock ,which can be easily inferred.

The Group's largest shareholder, Stephen Wicks has agreed to provide further financial support to the Group for the foreseeable future, if required. As at 30 June 2013 there were no loans due to Mr Wicks.

Strange RNS imo. Where is the £2.5 million they are planning on lending to a third party developer coming from? ENGI have sod all cash as far as I can see.

Strange RNS as what was said could easily be the reason for share price going up. When it goes down for no apparent reason there is never an RNS saying that.

Surely this is a good reason for the rise considering the low mcap... "exploring the possibility of providing a mezzanine financing facility on normal commercial terms of approximately £2.5m to a property developer and an anticipated directorate change"

They will get a good return on that (maybe 30% +) and rights to convert to an ownership or equity interest in the company if the loan is not paid back in time and in full.

Strangely enough,these were on my watchlist-but I don't know why I put them on it!I watched as they went north,did a check on why they might have taken off and decided there was nothing to prompt the rise.Full marks to the company for issuing the RNS so promptly.This may well be a case of 'smoke without fire'!DYOR

The court case now proceeds, albeit slowly and expensively, through the Royal Courts of Justice in London.

The business plans for the companies which will become part of the new IPO are almost complete with a view to actually moving into the market in early 2013.

We will be giving all the opportunity of being part of that IPO by letter and email in early 2013, so keep looking at our site for updates.

I do like the optimistic note about the possibilty of winning the Court case ! If substantial costs come in from this and by my reckoning we are not talking tens or even hundreds of thousands of pounds but multiple million pound amounts then this money , together with the subscription funds raised will help ERX new entity relist with capital for acquistions .This will be a wonderful testament to the resolve of our BOD and a vindication against the highly unethical banking practice of the BOS.i cannot see this all happening within a shorter period of say 3-4 months. ? in time for a very happy new year 2013.I do expect some sort of update in the next month or so.

should also have implications for ENGI share price .ENGI hold 12.5 % of EiRX currently at nil value on the books . I wonder what EiRX returning with a £30 million plus valuation (purely a guess on my part ) would do to ENGI share price ?
