Empire Metals Limited announces that it was notified today that on 27 August 2021, Mr Gregory Kuenzel, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), at an average price of 1.669 pence, Mr Michael Struthers, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 600,000 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 1.65 pence and Mr Peter Damouni, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 302,114 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.655 pence.
