How many days since Xmas? They say a week is a long time in politics what has changed since the rns?

Al did not have to mention January but he did. That's significant. Bw won't respond it's after 5. When he is back in at 8 he won't respond either. He likes to talk in riddles. Has done for years. It gives a sense if credibility. Glad he is back. It's like a comfort blanket in Groundhog Day. Tomorrow is not just another day it will be today. He will give an Eric cantona type quote soon to prove intellectual superiorit

Tommy.. BW has been doing it for years "if you read between the lines" and "things on the ground are different" like he knows something but without ever saying what.

He is either on or been on the payroll somewhere or mental. My guess is a bit of both.

I don't think BW is saying delay to permit. he is talking about the other site (That EMED would like to get hold of too ... but more likely in consortium) . We could get permits this month , BW is not saying otherwise.

@BW are you suggesting another delay from your sources ? or do we have a shot of permit this month ? I do understand the statement that it is inevitable that will open, its just a question of another delay that is spooking the market .

Stop trying to con people into believing or assuming you live in Andalucia or have this extensive network of locals and political knowledge.



The Junta will be working to expedite this ASAP to counter the Podemos effect as much as the pressing need for employment. ....

Given the credibility which some attach to your posts. I think Lango's comment was appropriate. Your comment above contains nothing to indicate that this is pure conjecture on your part. As such, it is not unreasonable to view it as somewhat irresponsible imho.

It isn't necessary for you to come up with reasons for possible future delays, the Junta are quite capable of doing this all by themselves if they are of a mind to.

I too hope that c & p did not sell because of your comments.

I agree langostino and I am very sorry to see long term respected posters like C & P throw the towel in now.
I do hope it wasn't due to noise on this site which after all is all conjecture.
With regard to copper, it is well worth visiting the Glencore Investors Relations web site and clicking on Presentations. Then select Investors Conference and listen to their Copper man Telis Mistakidis. Given they are the biggest copper player in the world it is heartening to hear how he predicts a deficit in 2015 which could be as large as 1.4-1.6m tonnes, but at least 0.5m tonnes.
For the moment the copper price is bearish, but this will change if Telis is correct. That view was also supported by the excellant web cast showing Simon Hunt consultant to XGC which I think Parklife brought to our attention.

Imo, AL's comment gave the impression that permitting was sorted, and shortly to be finalized, so I see no need whatsoever to connect the two things. I fail to understand the logic of your possible scenario - unless, of course, you think the Junta wish to deliberately delay things further for some reason. From my point of view, I find it very difficult to see any political advantage in doing so, but then I am not a Spanish politician.

c&p - Sorry to hear you got jinxed by bw's scaremongering posts. The MP announcement will not be politically based and will have nothing to do with Aznacollar. AL's statement on timing was coordinated with the Junta, made in good faith, and in all probability will prove to be correct. It is still early days in January. Having been proved so wrong, bw has decided to come back as a deramper with a new storyline suggesting 'political' delays until Summer. In my opinion this is a time for topping up and not taking fright, and I seriously suggest bw is a dangerous poster and should be put on 'ignore'.

So BW, you're saying that Susana Diaz announced that she was going to stamp out corruption, while she may now delay announcing appropriately gained permits for political reasons?

How do you think she's doing on this whole corruption thing then?

As for AL, I cannot imagine he would have said what he is reported to have said(there was no need to say anything) unless he had been told something officially to cause him to say what he did. Of course, The Junta being the Junta, could always change their tune.
