24/1/2014 16:11 | So my reading of the RNS is that they have received offers exceeding the number of shares they required but rather than pro-rata back acceptance they have decided to accept everything. Do others agree ? | glaws2
24/1/2014 16:10 | 39% owned by BGI, looks like it`s the end of the line for us.If I`ve read this correctly. | cheeky13
24/1/2014 15:34 | YOU SOLD OUT | moneyman18

23/1/2014 08:53 | CASH IN THE BANK at 85p Share value, Share being brought in LARGE CHUNKS at 75p and 1.05p, BIG BUYER LOOKING to pick up 5% of the company OFFERING 75p, MICROSOFT and APPLE patent cases PROGRESSING in a POSITIVE way, RELEASED APPS for Smart Phones and Tablets, OWNS a MOBILE PHONE operating system, LOW RUNNING COSTS so UPSIDE MASSIVE What am I missing ? | moneyman18
22/1/2014 19:53 | 54.5p that's a NEW low I wonder how low this will go ? especially with all the positive news around on BLZ | moneyman18
22/1/2014 14:11 | SP taking a big hit on that news, | moneyman18
22/1/2014 12:22 | who dares wins a lot of money | landsker
20/1/2014 16:20 | 58p now... | ragewarrior
20/1/2014 09:05 | 55p to sell on the open market ?? | moneyman18
17/1/2014 23:38 | Remember its only 5% of your holding and to a max of 5% of the companies listed shares, Not that many are free floated, So there is a chance you could off load all IF they want to buy them !! Seeing share price weakness is always a worry for us lot, and IF we opt to sell all our shares, knowing our luck all our shares would be sold at 75p and the next day the share price would open at 150p, like wise they would only buy the 5% of our holding and the share price drops to 35p. The problem is that we all see a golden carrot yet the COMPANY fails to tell us that its REAL. and we have the issue that this share price shot up to a VERY high value in just a few weeks/months, We all still believe it could happen again. Shame that we appear to be the only ones that have this dream :0( | moneyman18
17/1/2014 22:37 | supposing a lot more than the 5 percent opt for 75p whats likely to happen then , are they going to just give people a fraction of what they wanted to sell or have a maximum number of shares , hope its not going to be something stupid that makes the whole thing a waste of time, its hard to figure why they went with this in the first place looking at the share price level now, as others have pointed out why didnt they just buy them when the relisting happened it was never likely to open at 75p, these deadline extensions make it look like something is wrong or somebody is regretting doing it | landsker
17/1/2014 20:20 | 24th Jan is still away to go, I am guessing a lot more holders will be getting tempted to tick the box that MIGHT get them out of BLZ for 75p | moneyman18
17/1/2014 12:36 | The 3p drop - unless it's being manipulated - would seem to suggest no large buy order sitting waiting for sellers. I'm mainly with you CJ (minus 25% tendered) re selling. The rest will wait and see what happens, possibly quite soon! | waterloo01
17/1/2014 11:56 | Remember they only want 5% of your holding, There is more to this than buying 5% of the companies shares, | moneyman18
17/1/2014 10:33 | 1)......and there aren't enough sellers.... (Bear in mind, THEY want to buy.) 2) see 1. After all, 3) the tender offer suggests that management are confident in the future direction of the share price Therefore there will be many holders like myself who are reluctant to sell at less than 75p or indeed, by extensión, at 75p. | cjohn
17/1/2014 10:12 | CJ 1) depends on having enough buyers and sellers and if they buy in the open market... 2) True enough, but unless Shcroders have not taken up their 5% (unlikely), my query remains, why wouldn't they close the offer and buy in the open market at 60p? maybe - however unlikely - they are trying to be ubbber fair? One other thought, maybe they will announce that more than 5% has been tendered and they will take the lot, hence keeping it open. If they tried to do this in the open market the share price would quickly rise (although if it were me I'd be buying in the open market at a cheaper price). Landsker, not sure what difference it makes but the only thing might be MS settling before the next stage on the 6th Feb. | waterloo01
17/1/2014 09:58 | 1. I wonder how liquid these are in the open market? 2. You'd be surprsied how apathetic shareholders are, even when tender offered. | cjohn
17/1/2014 09:56 | are there any updates in the legal cases between now and the 24th, maybe that has something to do with it, or of course the most obvious thing that they might not have got the money in place yet to buy the 5 percent | landsker
17/1/2014 08:04 | They are trying to establish who owns the shares out on the open market, Remember BLZ was being sued for Eli's shares | moneyman18
17/1/2014 01:48 | whatever the reason i doubt very much its to accomadate shareholders, that sounds like an excuse to me, | landsker
16/1/2014 18:08 | Any insight as to the further extension? What's the reason behind it? Surely if 5% have not tendered (unlikely) then why not close it and buy at under 75p in the market? | waterloo01
16/1/2014 12:22 | You are right to cite unkwowns. Many investors dislike uncertainty. But uncertainty is not the same as risk. This was a very low risk deal with very large upside. But as you say time to move on. I haven't a clue what management will do next. Buybacks at this price make very good sense indeed. | cjohn
16/1/2014 11:15 | CJ, I don't disagree but a lot of unknowns and wasn't to be, so moving on.... Any thoughts as to what BGI will do next? Why are they not buying when the share price is 60p? | waterloo01 |
