RE: CEASING TO BE A SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER FORM 605

Elkedra Diamonds NL ("Elkedra") has received a notice from Credit Suisse
Holdings (Australia) Ltd and its related bodies corporate who now hold
4,931,765 shares in Elkedra, which means that their percentage interest in the
company has reduced to 4.65% as a result of an increase in Elkedra's issued
share capital and the sale of 200,000 shares.
