                    Results of Extraordinary General Meeting


Eleksen Group plc, which makes smart fabrics that can be used to control
electronic devices such as smartphones and MP3 players, announced on 23 November
2006 and on 15 January 2007 that it had raised a total of #5.68 million through
the issue of 7.5% Convertible Secured Loan Notes 2009.


At an extraordinary general meeting held today, in connection with this, the
shareholders voted in favour of the following resolutions, namely to authorise
the Directors, in accordance with section 80 of the Companies Act 1985 ("the
Act"), to allot relevant securities up to an aggregate nominal amount of
#2,500,000 and to disapply the statutory pre-emption rights pursuant to section
95 of the Act in respect of any such issue and allotment.
