the placing raised over 60 m half of which went to old shareholders and half paid off debt to leave the business very comfortably ( circa 20%)
a forecast 7% dividend looks achievable without putting too much strain on the business
I don't begrudge the old shareholders some of whom seem to have been there since 2004 their payoff
The point is the business has quality assets a sound balance sheet and experienced management

Both EPwin and Safestyle started slowly but have now done very well
There is no doubt they have quality assets and so the only real risk is currency movements IMO

Have been watching for a couple of weeks (since the IPO). Am tempted to buy in for the high yield, would like to buy in, but its very thinly traded. For example there have only been 3 trades so far today.
