Proposed Placing and Acquisition
The Company notes the comments in today's press and confirms that it has signed
heads of agreement concerning the acquisition of a publisher operating in one of
the Company's existing market sectors. The purchase price for the acquisition is
to be funded by a #1 million placing of new shares in the Company which has been
successfully concluded, pending completion of the acquisition.
The Company expects to make further annoucements in due course.
