                            Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 1 December 2003 that Sylvester Stein, Executive
Director, subscribed for 240,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New
Ordinary Shares") at 6.25p per share, as part of the placing of new ordinary
shares announced on 28 November 2003.

Following the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on the AIM market
on 1 December 2003, Sylvester Stein is interested in 11,475,014 Ordinary Shares,
representing 12.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
