Issue of Equity

Further to the Company's announcement earlier today, the board of EJF Investments Ltd (the "Company" or "EJFI") is pleased to announce that an additional 387,788 ordinary shares of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") were today sold for cash from treasury at 181.8 pence per share, representing a premium to the Company's latest published net asset value per share.

As a result of the sale from treasury set out above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 63,695,255 Ordinary Shares and 5,861,937 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 63,695,255 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change or to their interests in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
