Octopus Investments still continue to build a stake. I find it interesting they are from the same stable as Octopus Energy. Good to have people who know the market backing this tiddler.

This is from around acquisition time. Don't think it's been posted here. https://www.voxmarkets.co.uk/media/6142e252a763539798c96cf6/

I haven't yet. Some good movement today though, hopefully investors are starting to see the potential. It may bounce around in the short term but I expect a general upwards trend from here.

Did anyone manage to see the presentation as I missed it.Disappointing downwards action in last few days due I suspect to the offloading of shares issued to sweeten recent acquisitions. Still holding tight.

I feel that due to the expected growth of "Energy As a Service" as a business model in the coming years, eEnergy is currently undervalued. Their growth strategy is being carried out well so far, and combined with ever increasing net zero carbon targets, i'm excited to see what the next year brings.

They come over well and look to be onto something. Lots to do of course as Pug says but they have some tailwinds , the mangement seem capable and they have a clear game plan.I think at this level the shares look good value.AS their house broker notes;
We make no changes to forecasts and note the Group’s P/E rating of 16x falling to 11x, which we consider very undemanding given near and long term growth prospects.

parsons4 - Agreed - They really seemed to know their services and how these could produce significant savings for their customers and make a profit for the company - However relativly high level of the current share price depends on them continuing to grow at the current rate or better for the next few years.
Will they be able to achieve this?

Great presentation, in the right sector. I was impressed with both Directors, should be a high growth company.

Have also topped up. I would have thought with the rise in energy prices at the moment their work will be an obvious service for people and businesses to seek out in order to save money.

I've added again.
EAAS looks to be making all the right moves, yet the sp, having overshot on the upside, looks to be overshooting on the downside! EAAS is trading well and the new acquisition looks sensible and is expected to be earnings accretive from the get-go.

They are due to release full year results before the month end. While the results have been flagged-up already in a recent trading update, this could spike interest in the company.

ESG being all the rage at the moment. This looks interesting to me

Thinking on, the increase is probably due to taking up the recent offer.

It would seem the drop in price was linked to the placing. Now that is completed and target successfully acquired I am looking to see the rising trend resume and have accordingly added to my holding.Long and strong on this stock.

I didn't manage the time the market like you but have topped up a little this morning. Used some of my funds from my AMTE sale which was sitting on a depressed IPO price and looked like it might be getting further depressed.

I bought in cheap here, took a lot of profit at 23-27p but have topped up again this morning. I think they have a good chance of doing really well. If they do,the share price should get back towards 25p.

No a very good guess. There are always institutions and general investors who are aware of the negotiations and will be aware that a placing is on the way at a much lower price so a few sales at current levels would not go amiss !!!!

Presumably there are records of insider sales on the share register, is that where you got them, or are you going on an educated hunch?

Well we know who has been selling all the way down. Insiders and the price got a bit ahead of itself anyway imho. I did top up yesterday at 16p for my sins. I think on a 2 year time-scale this company could be a much larger enterprise in the right space with a first class management team.
