Currently 38.86m shares in issue = £3.98m Mcap.
ADVFN are always out of date when it comes to the number of shares in issue for companies. They don't update.

Why do you cite market cap as £4m whoppy? Isn't it currently 2.2m? What am I missing?

Yep, Such a low market cap for what EDL have. With QGC and Mr Brewer taking 30% of the company and access to funding and equipment, that 143M tonnes of JORC compliant coal resource valued at £4m is ludicrous. Plus the zinc project in Zambia being acquired the Mcap should get to £50m, imo.

MCM coal mining in SA has a mcap of over 30m pounds and has a jorc of 109mt whereas EDL has a jorc of 173mt.MCM has no mine yet and aren't producing any coal.Ridiculously cheap here

People taking a position ahead of the AGM, remember the 2 new investors have millions of warrants priced at 25p, they are not here for a 10% turn.

This has been under the radar for a while but Jason Brewer has been busy behind the scenes looking at new projects in Tanzania Zambia and Zimbabwe, exciting times ahead.

The company will be renamed Shuka Minerals Plc.

Market wants a premium for just 10,000 shares currently, looks like this has further to run to the upside.

If the herd arrives 17p would be blown out of the water given this is a low liquidity stock.
