Newbies beware. Do not get sucked into this scam. l originally invested @ 2p a share and have subsequently bottom fished to try to get some of my money back. I sold out in early 2019 for a huge loss and have watched the “Nigerian Scam “ proceed from there.

A connected party lent £100k to pick up £120k three months later whilst dressing it up as a 20% APR loan . So glad I got out at .01p in 2019. All the recent fund raisings are to pay off the exorbitant loans taken our since (see my previous posts from April 2019)

The 29 Nov RNS says that the fixed coupon rate of interest is 20% per annum.As the loan was repayable in three months,then the rate of interest was not 20 % per annum ,it was 20% for 3 months.ie 80 % per annum.

jr.. You are getting confused by the per annum terminology.. It wasnt a loan that was over a year was it.. It was a fixed coupon rate.. Its not that difficult..

The loan was made in Nov 19 and was always repayable in Feb 20 ie it was always a three month loan at 20% per annum

20% per annum of 100,000 is 20,000 per annum ie 1666.66 per month. for 3 months Nov 2019 to Feb 2020 that works out at 5K
