Jacksonpollack.. Thanks for your honest reply.. Dont let it get you down. Ive seen Pis get ill from being locked into shares for too long. They dont do research into AIM companies and believe a £10k investment will pay off their mortgages and buy em new cars within a few years.. They blame everyone else apart from themselves and turn into trolling moaning morons. When you get like that, that is a sure sign to sell up n move on..

There is so much potential here but these lot always seem behing the 8 ball. I know business is tricky in that part of the world...... you never know Rufus may surprise us all ! GLA

I doubt they have a price yet as they don't have an end customer. This might explain the lack luster share price performance as well. Going forwards however, we are visible to a large number of potential customers so shouldn't be long before we do get price info

Surprised to see spreadex allowing themselves to get into the situation where they have to issue a holdings RNS. normally they close the book to new bets but they are still open for business.

Other than the spreadex holdings announcement I am surprised there have been no other holdings announcements.
Who took part in the over subscribed placing I wonder
Was it just Jim nominees ltd, I guess we will find out when the share structure page on Edl's website gets updated.
Once all the placing shares have gone I expect a re-rate.
Rufus obviously does not try very hard when trying to raise funds and this imo is the biggest failing of the board, they are obviously not working in all shareholders interests when raising funds imo.
The placing shares had no lock-in obviously hence the drip drip drip on the share price and then to make matters worse they give the the placee cheap warrants.
Rufus should be ashamed of himself as a company in EDL's position would imo of had numerous options for raising funds.
Mates rates spring to mind.
However
Hopefully that should be the last placing, but how many times has that been said:)

We need to know how much we are getting for the coal.
Why haven't they told us?
Is it because it's lower than it should be.......It's the only reason in my mind....shame.
I still hold 7m shares, and I'm going nowhere for the time being.
GIVE US SOME FIGURES EDL!!!!!!

A picture tells a thousand words, or in this case a video clip. Nice to see piles of washed coal just waiting to be collected:-)
A neat way of giving PIs and the wider market info while avoiding the crocked nomads. Other companies should do more.
