The Chairman statement stated that wash plant should be fully operational by end of September. However he did not specify end of September 2017, 2018,2019???

So you can see he has left himself plenty of room to maneuver if it is not September 2017!!

Good morning from a soggy Norfolk.
When I said I'm taking a I year view maybe 2, I was thinking of my investment and the share price in that time.....sorry if I did not make that clear.
If things go well for EDL in the coming months they might very well be a takeover target. I'm sure they are being looked at very closely now imo.

One to two years. Well that will take the time the company has been going close to double figures. It has millions of tons of coal, mining licence, equipment, alleged orders and a country desperate for the coal. It needs to be making a profit now, not in a couple of years. Any bod worth their salt should be able to get some profit coming in. This bod just seem out of their depth.

Maybe that's why they appointed an agent to do that work for them Jacksonpollack.
I'm taking at least a 1 year view on EDL, maybe 2. As you say what the company has is huge, and I think it has been a smart move to appoint an agent.
I've certainly put my money where my mouth is.....you win some, you lose sum, but I fancy the odds especially with a Market Cap of around £8m.

the market cap here is £8m on a soon to be coal producers which is debt free.
