All the placing shares went to Jim nominees.
There’s the issue, suggest everyone emails the company asking how that stacks up with the RNS announcement. Re. New and existing shareholders.
Jim nominees have all the warrant options.
I am half expecting another placing due to the last RNS stating “wet season, second shift etc”

Or it could be PIs bought in on anticipation of big news coming before end of January and are now flapping because we have no news..

Hi Glasswala......yes I'm still here 8m av 0.8568p.

I just feel there is large seller for some reason.
At this price they are ripe for a take over imo.
It's frustrating that we aren't getting any updates. It's almost as though the bod don't care as long as they are getting their fat salaries.
Hopefully things will turn round and this is the bottom.......GLA.

The RNS dated 23rd November stated "...that in total could exceed the initial planned output of 10,000 tonnes per month, which is targeted to be achieved by the end of January 2018."

We are not quite at the end of January yet, so it's too early for an RNS to report whether they have met that target or not. However I would hope that we will get an RNS very shortly after the end of the month.

The RNS also stated "the option is being reviewed to install a purpose built pre-screening mechanism that reduces the level of fine material that enters the plant providing more capacity for the washing of sized coal, which is our optimum product."

I also hope that the next RNS gives us an update on this pre-screening mechanism.

In the meantime, and in the absence of any negative news, I'm not sure I understand the reason for the serious drop in the share price Unless someone knows something that we don't know, but that surely can't be the case because that would be illegal.

TRTTT,, Share buying by the BOD as opposed to getting freebies or cheap option erc. Has lead to many companies share price getting a major boost as it is indicative that the BOD have confidence in the company and are willing to put their money on the line as opposed to not having an interest and getting a massive payoff weven when things go pear shaped take Carillion just recently as an example.

Wow, the bod are leaving it late. So this Wednesday, by the latest, it is then for release of contracts signed and 10,000 tons coal production/sales per month news. Can't wait, lol.

In the past 2 years this mob has raised over £4.8 million with subscriptions and placings, and still no profit or contracts to show for it. I dread to think how much money has gone through this company in its 8 year existence. It's frightening for a none profit making company.

EDENVILLE ENERGY PLC

("Edenville" or the "Company")

Trial Mining Commences

Edenville Energy plc (AIM: EDL) the company developing an integrated coal to power project in south western Tanzania, is pleased to announce that it has started trial mining at the Rukwa Coal Project near Sumbawanga in western Tanzania.

Key Points

· Trial mining commenced

· Initial mine production planned to start in Q1 2017

· Significant interest from several groups for the coal from Rukwa

Over the past several months Edenville has received significant formal interest from several companies for long-term coal supply. As a result, trial shipments of run of mine ("ROM") coal have been transported to customers in order to determine appropriate logistical, quality and quantity parameters. Commercial rates are being paid for the delivery of this coal.

Consequentially, the Company has taken the decision to move the project to the next stage of development, which focuses on the commencement of commercial mining operations and the acquisition of a coal processing facility. It is planned that initial mining will commence in Q1 2017. This will focus on stripping the overburden and the production of a ROM coal stockpile. In parallel, a suitable coal wash plant is planned to be established on site.

If the BOD do not tell may be we can work it out.

Does anyone know anyone living near the Rukwa coal site?

They could follow one the trucks full of coal and see who takes delivery.

We could then find someone in the back office of who ever takes delivery to find out how much they are paying.

Hold it. If you need things doing do it yourself. How much is the cheapest return flight to Tanzania?

The only numbers the bod are interested in are the ones for their wages. I wouldn't bank on hearing news anytime soon. This bod are known for never sticking to dates. If they say January then add 6mths to it, and even then it will all be smoke and mirrors. They never give clear info.
