22/3/2017 12:36 | Oh so Supersonic can come out with a load of filth and you don't mind. If a person fights with guns I will fight with guns, if they fight with swords I will still fight with guns. | roydyor
22/3/2017 11:29 | That's roydor filtered at last. | quazie12
22/3/2017 09:26 | roydor, I know it's a tough,tough ask, but why don't you try growing up? | birotop
22/3/2017 09:19 | Did you know anything about WRN sonic, before you came on there calling us all bum boys? There are posts on LSE that will give you an idea of the background if they are not deleted by now. This was a good one. sain@vision Posts: 5,636 Off Topic Opinion: No Opinion Price: 87.00 View Thread (3) Fonters Today 07:00 What we do know is that by the time Ware came on the scene Worthington was a shell company with a redundant industrial site in Yorkshire producing no income There is only so long you can pretend a sow's ear is a silk purse without any money whilst trying to convince the world you are going to be a global conglomerate with SFA no matter how good your salesmanship and presentaion skills are before chickens coming home to roost which they did in October 2014 Furthermore contracts were exchanged in May 2014 for the saleof Keighley at a distressed price where no doubt an agreemnt was in placee before that day The bad news hidden and the first time shareholders knew about the disaster was when it was buried in the usual RNS spin of fanciful good news in August Ware has certainly got some questions to answer about keeping schtum | roydyor
22/3/2017 09:11 | If someone comes onto a BB that I am on and keeps insinuating that I am a TW bum boy, I tend to respond in like manner. | roydyor
21/3/2017 22:08 | TW is having another bash today, how can I compete with that. | roydyor
21/3/2017 21:55 | There is not much point making something, however good it is, if you are not going to show a profit. A cut in the boards salary might help. | roydyor
21/3/2017 21:45 | I wonder what qualifications you need to run a company that loses money every year. | roydyor
21/3/2017 21:43 | So even the house broker is having doubts. "House broker Shore Capital had been forecasting revenue of £1.7m, EBITDA of £0.2m and net cash of £2.4m, and so after the statement said it was putting its forecasts under review." | roydyor
21/3/2017 21:21 | Well I won't have much of a problem being a troll here, or maybe I could call myself a fraud fighter, that sounds better. | roydyor
21/3/2017 21:01 | This is in a worse state than I thought, 5 years figures and every one a loser. This is well on its way to liquidation. | roydyor
21/3/2017 20:52 | You were doomed before I got here, I will just be rubbing it in. Going, Going. | roydyor
21/3/2017 20:51 | It seems as though there are few results to come soon, they will be worth dissecting. | roydyor
21/3/2017 20:50 | Terror strikes Eden board. we're Doomed Serial Cut and Paste killer has arrived | supersonico
21/3/2017 20:47 | With WRN dead I might as well camp out here. Lets see if I can find something that SK has missed. | roydyor
21/3/2017 20:42 | Which one of the WRN team are you sleeping with tonight Subsonic? | roydyor
21/3/2017 20:35 | That's funny Roydyor. Not in the Frothy inner circle Loop I take it. | supersonico
21/3/2017 20:30 | You are doing a great job on the WRN board Subsonic, poor old Aidan will never get any interest in his surprise. | roydyor
21/3/2017 20:23 | Sweet Karolina 5 Mar '17 - 20:01 - 1819 of 1878 1 2 Nothing particularly new but a useful reminder of what to look out for when the Terpenetech accounts are published - due by end April Sweet Karolina 5 Mar '17 - 20:32 - 1820 of 1878 1 2 hillofwad 2 Mar '17 - 09:12 - 1817 of 1819 0 0 Quizie It looks a bit smelly to me but quite happy to close eyes and ears because of vested interest ! An honest post. What is your view of the Oxford Capital loan conversion where they charged a 100% fee and then sold all the shares without a single TR1? Sweet Karolina 5 Mar '17 - 20:58 - 1821 of 1878 1 3 How come revenues for 2016 were only £400k, when that Shore Cap broker note that got the placing away was predicting £900k? Sweet Karolina 5 Mar '17 - 21:16 - 1822 of 1878 1 3 How big a pay rise are the board going to award themselves this year for such a stellar under performance? Revenue last year was £900k strip out the Panama Pump non revenue of £600k leaves £300k so a 33% rise in revenue must surely mean another 33% pay rise for the board. Cost of sales last year was £100k I would not mind betting it is higher this year so gross profit will be even less. Have those admin expenses also gone up? An EBITDA loss this year of £1.1m suggests they may well have. Sweet Karolina 5 Mar '17 - 21:18 - 1823 of 1878 1 3 Will they go for another placing before accounts come out - like they did last year or will they just accept a going concern emphasis of matter and try to do the placing after the accounts come out? Sweet Karolina 5 Mar '17 - 21:35 - 1824 of 1878 1 3 Come on supersonico you need to do better than just voting down my posts, the board are relying on more apologist posts so they can get a placing away and award themselves another 33% pay rise | roydyor |
