So I assume the funders of the in the coming 'acquisition' will join the majority of weary long term holders in endorsing the firm view that Eden is not going to 0p anytime soon. They might even imagine their stake benefiting from the Corteva deal.

People miscategorise income all the time, and also fall foul of the FRC (check your own website), just because money is paid into your bank account does not mean its income (difficult to believe)... That being said a listed company really should not be making these mistakes and ultimately responsibility is with the Directors. Wasn't a good day for Eden.

Was chatting about this sucker stock with the in-house lawyer for one of my friend's businesses... a real litigator hot-shot.

He reviewed what's been happening, with particular reference to the FRC and FCA. It's his off-the-cuff opinion that while the conduct of these disgusting people purporting to steer this leaking junk is contemptible, and the regulators are thick and useless, the BoDies are quite shrewd and there's probably no reasonable prospect of the company sueing them successfully once the inevitable happens and they "disappear"...
