Smith Guidance;

"Eden has now started commercial discussions with various potential partners to begin the evaluation of who to appoint as distribution partner for the insecticide product and shall update the market during 2024, as appropriate."

Supersonico Guessance;

Eden has been in commercial discussions with multiple partners that includes Corteva, FMC, Bayer, BASF Syngenta and UPL for years and will appoint distribution partners country by country for it's global insecticide product and shall update the market during 2024, as appropriate.

In the video Smith says that Eden "will be taking a similar approach to Corteva with their next product which is an insecticide'. "We anticipate moving into the regulatory phase in the not too distant future."

"We" could mean Eden and their distribution partner working together as with Corteva (where I believe it was Corteva who made the regulatory submission). It may have been the extra clout that a large company like Corteva has that helped get the emergency approval for Ecovelex.

Weywey,

I'd have thought Eden submit the regulatory papers because

1) It's an Eden product
2) Sean Smith said they would be submitting said papers

From the January Trading Statement:

"Eden has now started commercial discussions with various potential partners to begin the evaluation of who to appoint as distribution partner for the insecticide product and shall update the market during 2024, as appropriate."

Won't it be the distribution partners who make the regulatory submissions for the insecticide?

He has form at being right on the money.

A-Tool's investment adviser supersonico will probably get life in a secure mental hospital, but the abomination Investingisatrickygame needs special treatment:

Here, I ccompleted that for you, you dirty crook:

I agree that in general terms for a business, hit the ground running means effort, marketing, meetings and alike. It does not mean specifically, to me, sales.

So, in the next 4-8 weeks, Eden should deliver a Californian update including numbers so that investors truly understand Sipcam 's initial success on which they are so heavily invested in Mevalone as both a lead and gateway product to success in this state.

Meanwhile, we sit at a paltry 5.3p, still illiquid, no one investing in the current share price value as stated by Cavendish of 20p.

Why is that value, nearly a 400% uplift on today, literally not being bought?

What, if anything, are Cavendish doing to meet this price?

What if anything, are our US 'helpers' doing to achieve this price?

Does management believe in this or a greater price and what, if anything, will they also do to help achieve it?

All very reasonable questions for any Eden investor or any potential new investor to ask

In many collaborations the bigger party disappoints the smaller . Activity confirming sales and marketing effort is therefore at the very least "phew" ( I get six on Wordle quite often). It may turn out they did hit the ground running - a colloquial phrase - meaning active effort to exploit the situation . We await .

But Super, what in literal terms does hit the ground running mean?

I judge it to mean sales immediately to channel partners.

But Super, what in literal terms does hit the ground running mean?

Given the significance of California to Eden and the fundamental strategy of Sipcam regarding Mevalone, maybe an 'exceptional update' in a month or two to provide some numbers and value commentary on Mevalone California would be appropriate and most welcome!

I am not a fan of such phrases together with using words like significant and transformational to explain 'success' when we are only turning over £2 million. That commentary is in no way fitting to our turnover. At least, this is how I would assess the use of these words.

Sipcam "building their sustainable pesticide business in the US largely around Mevalone so we've all been eagerly anticipating this, they have absolutely hit the ground running"
