So you believe there is value in EDEN just that the current management will be unable to deliver it without further dilution to the average shareholder ?

I'm a long-term holder... higher than the current price.I'm either waiting for a fundraising or for EDEN to be derisked by mass adoption of their products, etc. I otherwise have too many eggs in one basket. A

> Very sad, it used to be announcements about getting regulatory approval, now it is announcements about applying for regulatory approval. Yet still no sales. Seems to be headed in the wrong direction. Could it be a desperate attempt to prop up the share price pre cap raise.

For sure.

Next phase in the degradation and trip to ZERO PENCE will be RNSs about merely thinking about applying for regulatory approval.

:D ROTFL and popcorn laughing at baboons.

Rav, What are your thoughts on Corteva and their continued investment and association with EDEN?

Best Guess,
Just a heads up on the reason for the RNS.

Eden are very likely imo to get an early Emergency approval for Ecovelex..what the RNS is doing is managing the in the coming expectations. Eden investors are historically used to the in the coming meaning months turn into years..this form of Ecovelex in the coming reverses that and for the first time the years will turn into in the coming months. .

which means .. in the coming 'can take 18-24 months' authorisation becomes .. in the coming '2024 Growing Season'.

"- I am used to one molecule having one use, but with our actives we get, fungicides, nematicides, insecticides, products for animal and human health care. The opportunities are plentiful – from our patented actives."

With pesticides under greater scrutiny and many being removed by the regulator, what does it say about the above statement and the potential limitless possibilities for Eden?!

If you have a pesticide coming off market, who are you going to call :)

If it takes 8-10 years and $300 million to come to market for one pesticide and with no guarantee of a successful product, who are you going to call?

Are you even looking to now invest that money and that time in pesticide development when the regulatory landscape, end user demand and consumer opinion is going against you?

Risk/reward and social conscience is probably going to take you down the biopesticide route.

You can see how Eden's stated vision supported by the one molecule statement (and more) could seem that all road's leading to Rome

"Our vision is to be a global leader in sustainable crop protection through the development of bioactive products enabled or enhanced by our novel encapsulation and delivery technologies.

If the opportunities are limitless then it naturally means that the same it true for the share price. More products, more approvals, more revenue, more profit and the share price will multiply accordingly.

In my opinion, the share price is vastly undervalued right now

My next question to follow that is how did that effect the Insecticide strategy of Eden and Whale2?

Did whale2 have an advantage during the 2017/18 period where the deals and plans were evolving and thus have been more influential in the formulation process in a similar way Corteva clearly benefitted from it's Ecovelex advantage.. just ask BASF.

It's interesting that Corteva have beaten Bayer on the corvid repellent. Perhaps the Monsanto T/O had them distracted while their lunch got eaten.

I'm wondering also if they just so full of corporate hubris that they tripped up over their own arrogance.

Bayer's share price lost a huge % following the t/o so it's not hard to imagine a combination of sclerosis, distraction and ego left them blinkered to the opportunity and consequently left behind at the starting gate.
