In accordance with Listing Rule 12.4.6, the Company announces that on 28 February 2024 it purchased 65,900 Ordinary Shares of 1p each into treasury.

The prices paid were as follows:

Highest price paid per share	151.5000p

 

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, Ordinary shares in treasury and the total voting rights attached to the issued capital are now as follows:
