No, I don't think so. Just folks getting back in after the recent pullback, me included. A good opportunity ahead of the CPR after the senseless drop.

There was a seller in canada the last few days. Not sure why he sold, but he did.
I topped up at 50/51c..
The presentation used at the Pareto Securities conference is now available.

Drop looks very contrived. I notice we bounced off the 29p Africa Oil placement price this morning. Very hard to buy since then but MMs immediately offered to take huge numbers of shares in one chunk. No thanks. I expect we'll see a snap back rally soon enough. Good luck buying back if you sell out. On a fundamental basis everything is looking extremely rosy here, both on an operational and a financial basis. Can only think it's some sort of contrivance to gain entry to the stock.

Maccamcd, I've not seen any reference to it, but if so I'm sure Gil would make sure it didn't go by unnoticed... As newbies in London you'd think it would be of interest to ECO.

Gil Holzman said in a recent interview, after ECO had provided Total with a big chunk of seismic, that he was almost certain Total would buy in. I can't see him saying that on the record without very good reason.
Anyway, I've had another little top up and expect a positive update soon.

I suppose much depends on the seismic now and whether Total fully farms in. How quick that is sorted will depend on whether they manage to drill this year or next.
