Eclectic Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces that following the 
shortening of its last accounting reference period from 31 May 2010 to 23 
November 2009, for which accounts will be sent to shareholders shortly, it has 
determined to change its current accounting period from 23 November 2010 to 31 
May 2010 to coincide with the Company's historic accounting reference periods. 
 
Accounts for the period 24 November 2009 to 31 May 2010 will be posted to 
shareholders along with the accounts for the period 1 June to 23 November 2009 
shortly.
